Shawn Quinn

Shawn Quinn is an educational leader, theatre teacher, creative program builder, and communication coach based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. With more than two decades in education and the performing arts, Shawn brings together classroom experience, school leadership, live performance, creative direction, and practical communication strategy.

As a former assistant principal and current middle school theatre teacher, Shawn understands the challenges leaders face every day. He is especially interested in helping individuals and teams communicate more clearly, think more creatively, and build stronger connections with their audiences, colleagues, and communities.

Shawn has directed and produced theatrical productions, developed creative programs for students and educators, and led workshops that combine storytelling, improvisation, presentation skills, and real-world problem solving. His approach is energetic, conversational, and focused on giving people tools they can use immediately.

Whether he is coaching a leader, facilitating a workshop, developing a new program, or helping a team rethink an old challenge, Shawn brings curiosity, humor, and a strong belief that better questions lead to better ideas.

Ashlee Quinn

Ashlee Wilson Quinn is a media professional, performer, community leader, and consultant with expertise in marketing, advertising, public relations, community engagement, and brand awareness. Her work focuses on helping people and organizations tell their stories clearly, strengthen their public presence, and build lasting relationships with the audiences they serve.

With experience in television, communications, entertainment, and community leadership, Ashlee brings a practical understanding of how messages are shaped, delivered, and received. She has worked with businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups to improve visibility, audience engagement, and trust.

As a performer and storyteller, Ashlee understands the importance of authenticity, confidence, and presence. She helps clients prepare for interviews, presentations, video, public appearances, and other high-stakes communication opportunities with clarity and purpose.
